GOAL AND OBJECTIVES

The Journal "Bulletin of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics" is a scientific professional publication of an economic profile, which publishes materials by scientists of various levels in the form of original scientific articles, results of empirical research, analytical reviews, as well as works of a methodological nature that have scientific novelty and scientific and practical value for the purpose to disseminate them both among domestic researchers and abroad.

The scientific Journal supports the principles of free dissemination of scientific information and exchange of knowledge, which allows the scientific community to familiarize themselves with the results of research by economists and practitioners that highlight current problems of Economic Theory and the History of Economic Thought; World Economy and International Economic Relations; Economics and Business Management; Accounting, Analysis and Audit; Finance and Tax Policy; Mathematical Methods, models and Information Technologies in Economics; modern Management and other branches of Economic Science.

The goal of the Journal is to create a professional platform for the exchange of ideas and results of fundamental and applied research in the field of Economics and Business Practice.

The editorial board of the scientific Journal "Bulletin of the Chernivtsi Institute of Trade and Economics" adheres to the principles of academic integrity, transparency, objectivity, and responsibility in the process of scientific communication.

The Journal adheres to the recommendations of international organizations Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) and supports the principles of the San Francisco Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA).

The main tasks of a scientific Journal are as follows:

• highlighting the results of scientific activity of Ukrainian and foreign scientists;

• dissemination of relevant scientific information and international experience (scientific theories and practices);

• discussion of problems and controversial issues, trends and patterns in economic science;

• promoting the practical application of scientific research results in business, government agencies, and public associations.

The main principles which the editorial policy of the Scientific Journal is based on:

• objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication;

• high requirements for the quality of scientific research;

• “blind” review of articles;

• collegiality in making decisions regarding the publication of articles;

• accessibility and efficiency in communicating with authors;

• strict compliance with copyright and related rights.

The editorial board of a Scientific Journal may change any point of the editorial policy at any time without prior notification to the authors.

The Journal is intended for researchers, professors and teachers of higher education institutions, specialists who study and research economic processes, teachers, postgraduate students, students, as well as everyone who is interested in current fundamental and applied achievements of Economic Science.
